People need to be fired. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has added a ‘trigger warning’ to their digital copy of our Declaration of Independence stating “Harmful Language Alert.” They claim to “seek to balance the preservation of this history with sensitivity to how these materials are presented to and perceived by users.”
